Prayer is a less wimpy buff even as a level 2.
Sympathetic Healing is inspired by Meditations on the Tarot (for that matter, so is Constraint/ Break Constraint) and is an attempt at a powerful but more strategic healing spell for level 2.

Restore Object is such a broken spell. I would say one of the most powerful in that list.

ReplyDeleteI did notice that in the SRD lists, similar spells went at 4th level or so. So I wouldn't mind moving it up a level or two.
